Nope! We believe in price transparency so we’ll never tack on added commission fees when you shop your custom design board. We may include affiliate links and receive commission from the retailers we work with, but rest assured you’re getting the best price out there.

Our services all include a customized, shoppable design board styled just for you and your home. The board includes a visual of everything you'll need to style your space with quick-access links to make online ordering seamless and easy! When you receive the design board, you can shop and install at your own pace. Physical products are not included in our virtual design services.

The difference between our three levels of service (Refresh, Revamp, and Redesign) comes down to how much furniture is needed for the space. A "Refresh" is just how it sounds, a little refresh for your space using decor, accessories, lamps, and textiles like rugs, pillows, and curtains. A "Revamp" includes all of that, plus 1-3 pieces of furniture, while a "Redesign" is the most comprehensive with no limit on the amount of furniture, plus hardwired lighting and paint colors to fully makeover your room from top to bottom.

It’s a bummer, but it happens. If anything from your design board is out of stock or backordered, let us know so we can find a replacement item!
